The Athena top-end set includes head, base and cam-cover gaskets plus smaller sealing parts, including valve-stem seals and exhaust gaskets. The featured overhaul set also covers engine side covers, the oil pan and oil pump. Compare the exact package with the work planned before adding separate gaskets.

Reading SOHC fitment ranges

Most engine listings cover a span of SOHC years rather than the F alone. Look for a line naming the CB750F with 1975 included, and read any notes about engine serial numbers, countershaft seal sizes or part supersessions before adding it to your order.

Engine questions

Does the standard piston kit include its pin clips?

No. The listed standard piston kit includes a piston, rings and piston pin but expressly excludes the clips. The separate clip listing supplies two 15mm clips replacing 94601-15000; check those against the piston application when completing the order.

Do both gasket sets include cylinder-head nut covers?

No. Overhaul set 18-0441 expressly excludes cylinder-head nut covers. Athena top-end set 18-0431 lists six nut covers replacing 91318-300-013 among its supplied parts. Check the selected set before adding separate nut covers.
