Ordering
Orders can be placed by Online Shopping Only and the site has been certified as secure. The website does not have a minimum order. Additions or other changes cannot be made to orders after they are placed, so be sure orders are complete before finalizing. PayPal E-Check orders will be held until the funds clear. Money orders and paper checks are Not accepted - If you cannot purchase by PayPal or credit card, have a friend or relative who does have these options available place the order for you. The Online system sends a notice of shipment and a Tracking number when the shipment is picked up by the courier. Credit card payments will be billed under the name CBAUTOPARTS
In-Store Pickup
We accept in store pickups. If you would like to pick up the item, please contact our customer service department ahead of time so we can have your order ready. We will refund you the shipping cost if you choose to pick up the items yourself. We cannot discount your shipping cost until after you have placed the order.
Pricing
For sales in Canada, Customers must pay applicable taxes for their province. (the system adds it). We seldom increase prices but all prices are subject to change without notice. We try to keep prices low and to do so must get the right part out the first time. Please do not order items you are unsure of. Parts only fit the Honda models and years listed in the product description.
Shortages and Shipping Damage
Damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the carrier (You must contact the courier in case of damage or non delivery and make a claim). Shipments must be opened immediately upon receipt and the contents checked for completeness, damage and proper application as we will not accept claims after 10 days from date of received. If there is any damage to the order, place a claim with the carrier immediately and be sure to keep all original shipping cartons, packing,etc. The courier company will want to examine them before approving claim for payment.
Warranties
General merchandise is guaranteed for 45 Days from date of retail against manufacturers defect in workmanship or material. Guarantee is limited to replacement of the unit or defective component thereof only. Any item which has been modified, subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or application is not covered.
All warranties void for parts used off-road or for racing use or if parts are installed on any bike except models listed with each part. Parts fit only applications listed with each item.
Exhaust systems are warranted for 45 days against manufacturers defect or workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage caused by impact, modification, exposure to corrosives or deterioration caused by weather or wear. Owner is responsible for all damage caused by installation, accident or neglect. Bright chrome systems are not warranted against bluing. Warranty returns must have prior approval from our order desk and have all hardware returned.
Electrical Parts - Choose Carefully, Electrical items are NOT Returnable for any reason. Parts work on models indicated ONLY. Be sure that you are ordering items for the correct bike (We are not responsible for items you have ordered incorrectly (We do not sell USED parts). Please do not order these items as diagnostic tools and always check related parts for the reason the original part failed (Many have ruined the newly purchased part by not heeding this advise).
We do Not warranty wearing items (nor does Honda) such as cables, rubber parts, bulbs, filters, contact points, brakes etc. unless they are shown to be defective prior to installation. Note: Some CB750’s have excessive vibration known to fracture frames, mirrors, headlights etc. and owners have responsibility for these problems.
Returns
No returns after 30 days. No returns on Electrical parts. Chose these items carefully & be sure you know what Model/Year bike you are ordering parts for. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Each case will be handled individually but normally goods may be returned with a 15% restocking charge if within 30 days of order and as long as they are new, in original packaging as received and the package is clean and unmarked. Authorization to return must be received from our returns center. Do Not order parts for makes/models not listed in the item description.

Indemnification
Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold VintageCb750 and its suppliers, including, but not limited to, their affiliates, agents, assigns, attorneys, employees, insurers, officers, predecessors, representatives, and successors, harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, those related to injury or to death of Buyer or other persons) arising from or connected with (a) a breach by Buyer of this Agreement or (b) the possession, handling, use, or resale of the products by Buyer or others, including, but not limited to, any claims alleging negligence on the part of VintageCB750. VintageCB750 may participate in the defense of any such claim for the further protection of its own interests.
Limitation of Liability
Without limiting the scope of any other terms and conditions herein, including VintageCB750 disclaimer of warranties, no claim of any kind, whether as to products delivered or for non-delivery of products, or otherwise, and whether based on contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, indemnity, contribution, or otherwise, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which damages are claimed. IN NO EVENT SHALL VintageCB750 BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR GOOD WILL, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BUYER’S CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHERWISE, AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY CLAIM THAT SUCH LOSSES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE TO VintageCB750 OR ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY.
Force Majeure
Without limiting the scope of any other terms and conditions herein, vintageCB750 shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver any or all of the products for causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any cause or circumstance which makes impracticable the production, transportation or delivery of the products. VintageCB750 may cancel an order to the extent the quantity not delivered is due to any such cause or circumstance. In no event shall VintageCb750 be obligated to purchase products to replace any quantity not delivered due to any such cause or circumstance. In the event of any cause or circumstance excusing VintageCB750, VintageCB750 shall have the right to allocate any remaining product supply among its customers, including those not under contract, in a fair and reasonable manner, and Buyer hereby releases VintageCB750 from responsibility or liability for any resulting incomplete fulfillment of Buyer’s order.
