The adjuster set contains two adjusters, two adjusting bolts and two nuts. The chain-guard set is a separate nine-piece package. New adjusters do not by themselves establish wheel alignment or chain adjustment; use the service procedure for the fitted assembly.

Primary-chain references

The offered genuine Honda primary-chain set contains two chains and replaces references 23131-300-315 and 23131-300-015. Its application lists CB750K 1969–78 and CB750F 1975–78; it is a separate product from the rear drive-chain adjusters.

Chain adjuster questions

Do new adjusters establish correct wheel alignment by themselves?

No. The supplier advises checking alignment independently rather than relying only on worn or mismatched swingarm index marks. The set supplies two adjusters, two bolts and two nuts; use the Honda service procedure for alignment, chain slack and final tightening.

Is the primary-chain set a replacement for the external drive chain or cam chain?

Neither. The genuine Honda set contains two primary-drive chains and cross-references 23131-300-315 and 23131-300-015. These are identified separately from the rear drive-chain adjusters and from the cam chain; choose the parts for the drive system being serviced.
