Count the cushions on one cover

Match 83621-333-000, then count how many of those cushions your cover uses. Buy that many. One fresh rubber beside a hardened one will make the cover sit crooked.

How many this cover actually uses

Count the cushions on your cover and order that many. They are sold one at a time. Two per cover is the count given for the CB350F, CB400F, and CB360. Use the count on your CB500T cover if it is different.

Same number, two possible jobs

On the side cover, 83621-333-000 keeps the panel from buzzing against the frame. On some CB550F bikes the same number is a cable-harness box rubber. Before you order, look at the part you removed. A cover cushion and a harness-box cushion can share the number and still be replacing different spots on a different model.

Side cover cushion questions

How many cushions should I order?

Count them on one cover, then order that many. They are sold one at a time. Two per cover is the published count for the CB350F, CB400F, and CB360. Use your CB500T count rather than assuming that number if the cover in your hands shows something else.

Will this replace the side cover itself?

No. It is the cushion behind the cover, Honda 83621-333-000. You still need the original cover panel. Order the rubber when the cover rattles or no longer sits flush because the old cushions are hard or missing.

Why does a CB550F harness box use this number?

The product uses 83621-333-000 in that spot on some CB550F models as well as under side covers. Match the part you removed on the CB500T. Do not move a cover cushion into a harness box unless that box used the same number.
