Match the brake position and line section

The front and rear pad sets have different listed dimensions. At the front, hose B, hose A and the metal brake pipe are separate products for different sections of the hydraulic line. Identify the component you need by its position and replacement reference.

Two rear pad compounds, one listed application

Rear Kevlar set 29-3507 and sintered-metal set 29-3509 both list the 1975–76 CB750F rear disc, dimensions of 58 × 65 × 10.3mm and replacement reference 43211-431-673. These are separate compound choices. Confirm suitability for the fitted rotor when selecting pads; the shared dimensions do not establish a performance advantage for either compound.

Trace the front line by connection

Hose B, reference 45126-341-003, runs from the front master cylinder to the three-way joint. Hose A, reference 45125-379-003, connects that joint to the front brake pipe and is listed at 12.75 inches. The metal pipe is a separate product, reference 45128-323-020, approximately eight inches in total length. Ordering either hose does not supply the other line sections.

Pad, hose and rotor questions

Are the two pads in the front set the same size?

No. Set 29-3501 contains two Kevlar pads with published dimensions of 52 × 20mm and 52 × 12.8mm. Compare both pad shapes with the fitted caliper; the two dimensions describe the contents of one set, not two interchangeable pad options.

Are hoses A and B alternatives for the same connection?

No. Hose B is the master-cylinder-to-three-way-joint section. Hose A is the joint-to-front-pipe section. Identify the endpoints before ordering rather than choosing a hose by a similar length.

Does the front rotor listing cover every SOHC CB750F year?

No. Rotor 30-3066 lists the 1975–76 CB750F and replacement references 45120-392-000, 45120-300-040 and 45120-341-000. Its broader CB750K application does not extend the stated F-model years.
