Do the stack screens establish the same filtration as the stock element?

No equivalence is given. The description says the screens intercept larger particles, without a filtration rating or comparison with the stock-type element. Do not treat a debris screen as proof of the same filtering performance.

Which carburetor dimension should I compare with the 39mm stacks?

Measure the carburetor inlet outside diameter. The stated 39mm is the stack inside diameter; it is not a carburetor venturi or bore specification. The product FAQ specifically asks for the inlet outside diameter before ordering.

Does the stack package provide a jetting specification?
