A replacement float includes its pin, and the motorcycle uses four floats. The connector-tube package contains twelve O-rings. Build the quantity from the repair itself rather than assuming the same package size for every item used across the carb bank.

Keep pump and drain work distinct

The selected pump diaphragm must match an 89 mm end-to-end pin. Check that measurement on the removed part. For drain service, the linked replacement screw includes its O-ring and is sold individually; it is separate from the screws fastening the bowl.

Ordering questions

Can I use one float-height setting for every carburetor listed with this float?

Use the Honda specification for the exact carburetor fitted rather than borrowing a setting from another application. Check free movement of the float and valve, verify the specified float height or fuel level, and confirm fuel shuts off without leakage before use.

How do I confirm the pump diaphragm application?

Measure the old diaphragm pin from end to end. This option is conditional on an 89 mm pin for the CB650; a matching year alone is insufficient.

Can the connector-tube O-rings be replaced without separating the carburetors?

The carburetors must be separated enough to remove the fuel-connector and accelerator tubes. The twelve O-rings serve those tube joints; they are not a complete bowl, drain or shaft-seal kit. Use the correct rack service procedure for the work.
