1975 Honda CB750F · Master cylinders Buying guide
Identify the front and rear master cylinders separately, especially if a complete replacement assembly has been fitted. Rebuild kits, reservoir parts and levers must be matched to that assembly as well as the motorcycle application.

The featured assembly has a 14 mm piston; the separately offered front assembly has a 5/8-inch piston. Both list the 1975–76 CB750F, but the 14 mm product specifically asks for confirmation of the fitted piston size. Establish the required assembly specification before ordering rather than choosing by a similar appearance.
Rear hydraulic rebuild kit 08-0302 replaces 43510-392-305. Spring 73-0851 instead attaches to the rear brake-light switch and replaces 35357-358-000. Identify the component being renewed when ordering parts around the rear master cylinder.
Identify the replacement master cylinder first. Lever 08-0029 is expressly limited to the particular aftermarket assembly named in its listing and excludes stock Honda master cylinders. Its fit is tied to that replacement assembly, rather than the motorcycle year alone.
Cap 29-0054 replaces 45513-341-771 and includes a plastic O-ring. Account for that supplied seal when ordering the reproduction cap; the diaphragm remains a separately identified reservoir part.
Diaphragm 08-0282, replacing 45520-300-000, lists the 1975–76 CB750F front master cylinder and the 1975–78 F rear master cylinder. If either complete master cylinder has been changed, identify that replacement before applying the original-model fitment.
