Grips are your main point of contact with the bike, and worn rubber shows up quickly in comfort and control. Hardened, slick, or torn grips increase hand fatigue and make throttle and brake input less precise. Fresh grips improve feel, absorb vibration, and give you a more confident hold on the bars, especially on longer rides or rougher roads.
