1979 Honda CB650 · Turn Signals Buying guide
A relay controls flashing; a lens gasket fits the lamp housing. Choose the component that matches the fault, and compare the existing lamp type before ordering either one.
This flasher relay is specified as 12V/23W with three prongs and an attached rubber mount. It is expressly unsuitable for custom LED lights. Identify the lamps and compare the relay connections before ordering; a shared connector shape alone does not establish electrical compatibility.
The gasket is intended for the listed signal-lamp and lens family and references 33406-431-781. Check its outline against the old seal and the lamp’s seating surface. An aftermarket lamp fitted during a restoration may require a different gasket despite the motorcycle being a 1979 CB650.
No. The featured relay is not for use with custom LED lights. For a converted motorcycle, identify the lighting system and choose a relay specifically compatible with it rather than relying on the original model application.
Yes. The rubber mount is attached to the 12V/23W, three-prong relay. Compare the mounting location and connector layout on your motorcycle before ordering, especially where the original relay or wiring has already been replaced.
The gasket pairs with replacement lens 11-2179 and signal units 11-2177, 11-2178, 11-2196 and 11-2197. Compare that lens and housing family before ordering a seal for changed turn signals.
