The MPH set is the rectangular-cutout version for 1972–73. The KM/H set has L-shaped cutouts but is expressly described as working on either L-cut or rectangular gauges for 1972–74. Compare the installed instrument and desired units before selecting either set.
Both face sets require the speedometer and tachometer to be disassembled. Plan that work before buying cosmetic parts for instruments that may also need internal repairs. New face plates do not diagnose or repair a sticking mechanism.
The product explicitly says it works on either L-cut or rectangular gauges and lists 1972–74 CB750K application. Compare your actual instruments and confirm that KM/H is the display you want.
The MPH face set is the rectangular-cutout version for the 1972–73 CB750K. Check the speedometer cutout and product design against your instruments, particularly if they have been replaced.
Both products require disassembly of the speedometer and tachometer. Include that restoration work in the decision before ordering; these are replacement faces for suitable instruments, not exterior overlays.
