One B rubber is the original-bike quantity

Check the latch after refitting

Inspect the seat base, all its rubber contact points and the latch before blaming the B rubber alone. After refitting, confirm that the seat is securely latched. A new cushion cannot correct a cracked base or damaged retaining parts.
