Separate hose A, hose B, and the pipe

Pads are a Kevlar set of two with unequal faces. Shoes are a set of two for the rear drum. Hose A is 13.75 inches, hose B is 15 inches, and the front pipe is about 8 inches total.

The guide and grommet are not the hose

A front stop hose guide under OEM 45129-300-000, and a brake-hose rubber grommet under OEM 45146-300-000, are separate from hose A and hose B. The hoses do not include the guide or the grommet. Order that piece by its number only when the hose itself is not the failed part.

Match each rod part to the bikes it names

Shoes and shoe springs do not replace the rear rod hardware. A rod spring names CB750, CB650, CB550, and CB500. A stopper-arm strap is a Joker Machine piece under OEM 43431-286-010. The brake rod joint names CB750, CB700, CB650, and CB550 only, so do not treat it as a confirmed CB500T joint.

Which length is hose A, hose B, or the pipe?

How do I tell hose A from hose B?

Hose A replaces OEM 45125-300-003, measures 13.75 inches, and connects the 3-way joint to the front brake pipe. Hose B replaces OEM 45126-300-003, measures 15 inches, and connects the master cylinder to the 3-way joint. Match the length and both ends.

Where does the front brake pipe sit in that run?

The pipe replaces OEM 45128-323-020 and is about 8 inches total. Hose A joins the 3-way joint to this pipe, so the pipe is the metal section after hose A, not another rubber hose. Do not choose it by the hose letter.

The shoes look fine, but the rear brake is weak. What else is separate?

The shoe set is the linings. The spring set is two springs under OEM 43151-346-000. A Joker Machine stopper-arm strap is OEM 43431-286-010. An adjuster nut, a Joker adjuster knob, a joint pin with a cotter, and a rod spring are separate rod pieces.
