Turn-signal repairs on the 1981 CB650C can involve the lamp housing or the flashing circuit. Choose the gasket and screws for the fitted lamp family, then diagnose the relay separately. An LED conversion changes the flasher requirements and should be identified before ordering.

1981 Honda CB650C Custom · Signal Lamp Hardware Buying guide
Keep lamp sealing and flashing faults separate
The selected gasket and lens screws share the listed original-style lamp family. The three-prong relay is 12V/23W and explicitly excludes custom LED lights, so its circuit specification matters independently of the lamp’s mounting hardware.
The gasket uses reference 33406-377-671 and the screw pair 93500-04025-0A. Both are listed for the same lamp family. Aftermarket miniature signals can use different seals and fasteners, so inspect the housings on the motorcycle before choosing either repair item.
Diagnose the flasher circuit on its own
The relay is supplied with a rubber mount and has a stated 12V/23W three-prong specification. Compare the electrical layout before connecting it. A correct lamp-gasket choice does not establish relay compatibility, particularly when bulbs, wiring or instruments have been changed.
Signal Lamp Hardware questions
Will this relay operate custom LED signals?
The product expressly excludes that use. Choose a relay appropriate to the fitted lighting circuit and verify the connections rather than treating an LED conversion as a bulb-only change.
How many lens screws come in the package?
Two screws are supplied. Count the damaged or missing fasteners on the matching lamp housings before deciding how many packages the repair requires.
Can I choose the gasket from the bike year alone?
Compare the actual lamp housing and lens family as well. A changed signal can need a different gasket even when the frame is the listed 1981 Custom.
