1982 Honda CB900F · Wiring Looms Buying guide
The main harness, ignition-coil branch and horn sub-harness are separate parts. Inspect the affected connector and nearby wires first. Localized branch damage may need only that section, while widespread brittle insulation or heat damage can call for a larger repair.

The main loom references 32100-438-670 for the 1981–82 CB900F Supersport. Similar DOHC Honda looms are not automatically interchangeable. Compare the installed equipment and connectors, then follow the proper route with clearance from heat, sharp edges and steering pinch points.
Coil sub-harness A, reference 32103-438-660, is not included with the main harness. Horn sub-harness A is a separate branch referencing 32101-438-000. If a connector is burnt, inspect its mating terminal and circuit before fitting new wiring so the same fault does not damage the replacement.
When inspection and circuit testing localize the damage to that branch and the mating wiring remains sound. Check adjoining terminals and insulation before deciding. The coil and horn branches are available separately for their specified connections.
The listing specifically identifies CB900F reference 32100-438-670 and warns that other model references differ. Compare the exact application, connectors and circuit layout; similar appearance does not establish interchange.
Confirm the correct routing and that connectors remain secure while the steering moves fully both ways. Wires must not stretch, pinch or rub on sharp edges. Check the affected circuits before returning the motorcycle to service.
