1975 Honda CB750F · Engine, steering & clutch tools Buying guide
The rotor puller, clutch-nut tools, fork driver and filter wrench work on different interfaces. Check the fitted component and the tool’s connection before ordering, particularly where the engine, forks or oil-filter system have been changed.

The standard clutch tool has a 24mm inside diameter and uses a 3/8-inch drive. The premium tool has 20mm and 24mm ends and uses a 1/2-inch drive. The SOHC stand has pre-drilled bench-mounting holes; mounting dimensions and bolt specifications are not published.
The split carbon-steel seal driver is listed for 35/36mm applications, including the 1975–78 CB750F. The 3/8-inch-drive tripod wrench is matched to aftermarket spin-on filter 15-1006 for this application, rather than the original bolt-retained filter housing.
Do not choose the wrench from fork-tube diameter alone. The 24mm wrench lists stock caps on the 1975–78 CB750F, while the 35mm wrench listing requires measuring the cap’s wrenching surface and shape. Confirm the cap actually fitted before choosing either.
The puller listing says not to pry behind or hammer on the rotor. Follow the Honda removal procedure, remove the specified retaining hardware and use the correctly threaded puller fully engaged and square to the crankshaft.
