Choosing a CB750F handlebar clamp

The black replacement is a two-clamp set for 7/8-inch bars. The chrome custom option is a top clamp supplied with plated Allen socket bolts. Choose the package as well as the finish.

Black replacement clamp pair

The black set is described as reproducing the stock appearance and upper-triple-clamp fit. It is a replacement product, so the Honda reference identifies its application rather than establishing genuine Honda manufacture.

A changed top bridge needs more checking

Bar diameter alone does not establish the mounting-bolt spacing of a different top bridge. If the front end has been changed, compare its mounting arrangement before choosing either clamp.

Clamp questions

Does the black clamp set include its mounting hardware?

The two-clamp set has a separate hardware reference, 29-7005. Check your retained hardware before adding that separate set to the order.

Can the chrome clamp house warning lamps?

No. The chrome option has no built-in indicator lamps. Keep that limitation in mind if your planned cockpit puts warning lamps in the top clamp.

What fasteners come with the chrome option?

It comes with plated Allen socket bolts. That is a different package from the black clamp pair, whose mounting hardware is offered separately.
