1983 Honda CB550SC · Switches & Sensors Buying guide
The oil pressure part has a group of listed Honda replacement references. The clutch lever part names 35330-MB0-003. These references identify different components; neither listing describes a combined switch set or supplies the surrounding control assembly.
The genuine Honda oil pressure switch names 35500-MJ4-024, 35500-MB9-004, 35500-MJ4-014, 35500-MJ0-004 and 35500-MJ4-004. Compare the installed part with those references and the photo. The description gives no switching-pressure value or fitting torque to use as an installation specification.
The clutch lever listing identifies the switch replacing 35330-MB0-003 and includes 1983 CB550SC fitment. Check its mounting and connection against the retained lever assembly. It does not describe a supplied clutch lever, perch or harness, so assess those pieces separately where the repair needs them.
They are separate product listings for different functions. The genuine Honda part is the oil pressure switch, while the other replaces the clutch lever switch. Choose the component needing repair and compare its individual contents rather than expecting a two-switch kit.
The listing is for the switch and gives its Honda replacement references. It does not publish a switching-pressure value or supply a pressure gauge. Use the applicable service information when checking the warning circuit or fitting the replacement.
Compare the switch mounting and electrical connection with the lever assembly actually fitted. This switch replaces 35330-MB0-003 and lists the 1983 CB550SC; that original application does not establish compatibility with a different lever perch or altered wiring.
