Two kits if both carburetors are apart. One #35 jet per carburetor whose pilot you are changing. The needle and seat only if that valve is the worn part.

The kit does not print the jet size

Nothing in the rebuild kit description says it contains the #35 pilot, the float, or the needle. If the pilot you removed is wrong or worn, order the #35 jet only after you confirm the 99124-286 style. If the needle is scored, order the needle and seat as its own part.

Two carburetors, one kit each

The kit sentence is specific: each kit rebuilds one carb. A 1976 CB500T runs two carburetors. Refreshing both sides is two kits. Refreshing the side you actually opened is one kit. Do not double the jet unless both pilots are being replaced.

Does one kit cover both carburetors?

No. Each kit rebuilds one carburetor on the 1975-76 CB500T. Order two if both are apart.

Is #35 the main jet?

No. The description calls it a slow, pilot, and idle jet, size #35, replacing 99124-286-0351. Confirm that is the jet style in your carb.

Does the needle come with the float?

The float is a different part and includes the pin, Honda 16013-283-004. This valve is the needle and seat only.
