Confirm standard size before ordering multiple ring sets

The ring reference is 13011-426-004. Four sets cover four matching standard pistons. The 15mm clip package belongs to pin retention and needs to be matched separately, particularly where non-original pistons have been installed.

Can I assume the engine still uses standard pistons?

No. Confirm piston identification and bore measurements first. Previous machining can change the required rings without changing the motorcycle’s frame year or model label.

Can the original piston-pin clips be reused after removal?

No. Piston-pin clips are one-time installation parts and should be renewed whenever removed. Verify the 15mm size and reference 94601-15000 for the fitted pistons. Two clips serve one compatible piston; four packs provide eight clips for all four.

What if only one piston is being serviced?
