One tappet-adjuster screw replacing Honda OEM 90012-426-000 and one locknut replacing 90206-250-000 are included for one valve.
A complete replacement uses eight sets on the listed SOHC four-cylinder CB500, CB550, CB650 and CB750 engines; six on the listed three-valve-per-cylinder CB400 and CB450 twins; four on the CB360 and CL360 twins; and two on the CB125S single.
Set valve clearance with the engine in the Honda-specified condition and at the correct crank position, hold the screw while tightening the locknut, then recheck the clearance. Incorrect valve clearance can cause noise, poor running or valve damage.
