1976 Honda CB750A · Carb Rebuild & Jetting Buying guide
The one-carb Hondamatic kit combines needle and sealing parts with a main jet. Separate pilot jets and loose gaskets let you plan a narrower repair, while the installed carburetor and engine setup determine the jet specification.

Record the carburetor identity and existing jet markings, along with known intake or exhaust changes. Use that information and the appropriate service or tuning guidance to establish the replacement specification before selecting a size.
If only the bowl seal needs renewal, compare the separately listed gasket with the removed seal. For a wider rebuild, review the kit’s components first so loose gaskets or needles are not added twice.
The kit description specifies Viton for the float-bowl gasket only. It does not state the material of every other rubber component, so the gasket specification should not be extended to the entire kit.
It identifies the jet supplied in the kit, not a verified setting for every fitted carburetor or modified engine. Confirm the carburetor and required jetting before using it, especially after intake or exhaust changes. The separate #35 pilot jets serve a different circuit.
A pump diaphragm is not among the kit’s stated contents. The separate pump package contains one diaphragm with rod and one bellows rubber. Inspect that assembly independently when deciding whether the carburetor job needs it.
