I bought this bike from a swap meet for $600 but from the detective work I did it looks like it sat for 25 plus years. had a windjammer fairing also installed. I took it down to the frame, repainted the frame, replaced the wheels, replaced every bearing I could, polished all the aluminum. Gas tank is still original paint but I just had it re clear coated and it looks almost new again.
found out the top end of the engine was rusted and pitted in the cylinders so now it has a fresh top end rebuild with big bore wiseco pistons. it went from 750cc to 832cc. delkavic 4 into exhaust. stage 1 dynojet kit. had to install barnett clutch springs cuz the clutch would slip for the extra hp. also installed most of the parts I purchased through vintage cb750. this bike is virtually brand new now but with mostly original parts or oe style parts
