My name is Floyd and this is my first Honda road bike. It's a 78 cb 750k. I bought it from a buddy in November 2017 with no front wheel, seat, exhaust, headlight, brakelight, and a bunch of other stuff I probably would have thrown away anyway.
I've been riding Harley's for almost 25 years and just recently sold mine and I can't be without a scooter so, for $70 dollars I picked this gem up. I've cut and ground off some extra fat to lighten her up a bit. I remember as a youngster in the late 70's early 80's my dad and his buddies having some of the coolest 750's in town. I loved riding with them crazies and is still some of my favorite memories.
I hard tailed it and left the swingarm intact to keep things simple. Fit a late 90's front end on her with a Harley 19" Front wheel. I'm gonna make my own exhaust and oil tank and probably run an early 70's style dirt bike gas tank. I think it'll be a fun little hot rod for someone when she's all done. I'll send more pics when project "EL GRINGO" is finished.
