2005 Honda CB900F 919 · Exhaust Buying guide
The original 2005 exhaust uses four 18291-MN4-920 gaskets at the cylinder-head ports. The offered single and ten-pack replace that reference; the muffler and rear exhaust joints use separate packing parts.
The individual listing supplies one port gasket and the bulk listing supplies ten of the same listed application. Four singles cover all four original cylinder-head port positions. The ten-pack is a stock quantity, not a complete exhaust overhaul kit.
Honda lists the muffler joint packing and rear exhaust-pipe joint packing separately from the four cylinder-head gaskets. Identify the joint being opened and inspect its mating parts before ordering; a port gasket is not a universal seal for every exhaust connection.
Four for the original exhaust: one at each cylinder-head port. Order by the joints being renewed, and confirm any changed header's requirements before relying on the original arrangement.
First identify the leaking connection. The original muffler and rear pipe joints use different packing parts; these port gaskets seal where the headpipes meet the cylinder head.
No. It contains ten port gaskets, not an assortment of joint packings or mounting hardware. Add the correct separate parts for the other joints being disturbed.
