If your 1982 CB900C Custom still has its original seat, a replacement cover can renew the upholstery while separate seat rubbers address the frame contact points. Inspect the pan, foam and support rubbers first so the order matches the work needed.

Refresh your seat with this Replacement Seat Cover (no hardware or chrome trim included; just re-use existing hardware). There is not a "Honda" stencil...
The Custom cover is for the stock seat and includes a sewn-in foam layer. Seat setting rubber B is a separate, individually sold cushion; upholstery and seat-to-frame support should be assessed separately.
The cover comes with installation instructions and a guide to repairing damaged seat foam. A layer of foam is sewn into the top, but the product remains a replacement cover for the stock seat. Retain the existing hardware and chrome trim; neither is included.
Check the support underneath
Seat setting rubber B cushions the seat against the frame and references 77205-286-000. It is sold individually. Inspect the underside of the existing seat and count damaged or missing B-type cushions before ordering, rather than assuming the upholstery package also renews the support rubbers.
Seat Covers & Cushions questions
Is this a complete replacement seat?
No. It is a cover for the original stock CB900C Custom seat, with a sewn-in foam layer. The seat pan and existing hardware are retained, so assess their condition before beginning the upholstery work.
Does the cover include chrome trim or a rear Honda stencil?
Hardware and chrome trim are not included, and the cover has no rear Honda stencil. Plan to reuse suitable existing trim and hardware if those details are required for your finished seat.
Are the seat cushions supplied as a set?
Seat setting rubber B is sold individually. Check the underside of your seat, identify the B-type cushions and count those needing replacement. Inspect the mounting points at the same time, especially on a repaired or changed seat pan.
