Tune your low-speed circuit with this Pilot Jet Set of 4, size #42. Jet height 28mm, outer diameter 5.5mm.

Pilot jets control your idle and low-speed operation, critical for smooth idling and lower-rpm driving. When rebuilding carbs, it is highly recommended to replace these pilot jets to ensure your bike runs as well as possible. When installing new exhaust or high-flow air filters, it is recommended to increase the size of your pilot jets.

We list the stock pilot jet sizes that came with the bikes below; use this list as a reference if you are trying to increase, decrease, or keep the pilot jet size stock. We offer other sizes (above and below this part listing).
