It is the throttle-grip friction adjusting bolt in the right-hand handlebar control on the listed Honda CB models. It is not a carburetor idle-speed screw or cable adjuster.
One bolt is included, and one is used with its adjusting spring on one compatible throttle housing.
With the adjuster backed off, confirm the grip snaps closed from every handlebar position and the cables have correct free play. Use only light friction when intentionally required; a binding throttle must be repaired, not held open by adjustment.
