Step up your ignition with this Performance High Output 5.2 Ohm Dual-Output Ignition Coil. Primary resistance of 5.2 Ohm, secondary of 17K Ohm, designed to replace stock factory ignition coils on 1970-and-up SOHC and DOHC CB750 models plus CB900/CB1100 variants. Works with electronic ignitions, and hardware is included.
Requires 7mm diameter high-tension spark plug wires (sold separately) and 5K Ohm spark plug caps.
Warning: serious high voltage. Do not operate or apply power to the ignition system with one or both spark plugs disconnected. Doing so will cause IMMEDIATE FAILURE of the coil. Ignition coils are NOT WARRANTIED against this.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many 5.2-ohm dual-output ignition coils are included and required for the compatible Honda CB four-cylinder models?
One dual-output coil is included. The listed Honda CB four-cylinder ignition systems use two dual-output coils, so two are required to replace both coils on one motorcycle.
What plug wires and caps are required with performance coil 07-9973?
The coil requires 7mm high-tension spark-plug wire and 5K-ohm spark-plug caps, both sold separately. Coil mounting hardware is included; confirm that the ignition system is compatible with the coil's 5.2-ohm primary and 17K-ohm secondary resistance.
Can the ignition be powered with one output of this dual-output coil disconnected?
No. Do not crank or operate the ignition with either spark-plug output disconnected. Both high-tension leads must terminate at correctly installed spark plugs because an open secondary circuit can immediately damage the coil.
