⚠️ Clearance Item – Minor Mounting Damage ⚠️

This is a Complete Fuse Box Assembly with 10A fuses installed. While the electrical components are in perfect working order, some of the mounting tabs have been broken during shipping. This cosmetic issue does not affect function and can be solved using alternate mounting methods (tape, glue, zip ties, etc.).

The fuse box is usually hidden under a cover, so your bike will still look clean once installed. A great way to save money on a crucial part!

Frequently Asked Questions

What damage is present on fuse box 38200-425-005?

The fuse box is sold with damaged or missing mounting tabs. Its electrical portion is described as functional, but the housing cannot be mounted exactly like an undamaged original.

What fuses are installed in the damaged-tab fuse box?

The fuse box is supplied with 10-amp fuses. Always compare every fuse position with the exact motorcycle wiring diagram rather than increasing a fuse rating to stop repeated failures.

Can a damaged-tab fuse box be left loose under the seat?

No. It must be secured in a dry, insulated location where terminals cannot contact the frame, battery or seat and wiring cannot chafe. Inspect terminal tension and continuity and repair the fault that caused any blown fuse.
