One Japanese-made exhaust valve is included. A CB500K, CB550F or CB550K four-cylinder engine uses four exhaust valves, so order four to replace the complete exhaust-valve set. A CB100K or CB125S single-cylinder engine uses one exhaust valve.

Which Honda OEM exhaust-valve numbers does it replace?

It replaces Honda OEM 14721-323-005, 14721-324-010, 14721-324-000 and 14721-107-020 for the stated applications.

What should be checked when installing a replacement exhaust valve?

Measure valve-stem-to-guide clearance and inspect the guide, seat, spring and retainer. The valve face and seat must seal correctly; cylinder-head machining may be required rather than simply installing a new valve.
