No. It is for the four-cylinder 1972-1974 CB350F Supersport and 1975-1977 CB400F Supersport. The CB350K and CB350G twins use a different engine and seal arrangement.

Will every one of the nine seals be used on both the CB350F and CB400F?

The kit contains the shared CB350F and CB400F seals plus the right-crankcase-cover clutch seal identified for the CB400F. That CB400F-specific seal is not used in the same location on a CB350F.
