Go shorter with a different mounting configuration using this Custom Shorty Shock Absorber Set. Black body and shroud with black progressive-wound springs, 290mm (11 3/8") measured eye-to-eye (note: different mounting style from our eye-to-clevis shocks), with 10mm ID x 21mm mount bushings top and bottom. 5-position spring preload adjustment.

Note: these are 290mm EYE TO EYE (not eye-to-clevis), shorter than stock length, for custom applications.

Two black shock absorbers are included. Each measures 290 mm from the center of the upper eye to the center of the lower eye.

What size are the mounting bushings on the black 290 mm shocks?

The upper and lower eyes each use a 10 mm inside-diameter by 21 mm outside-diameter bushing. These eye-to-eye shocks do not replace a shock that requires a lower clevis mount.

What must be checked when installing shorter universal motorcycle shocks?

Confirm mounting-bolt diameter, mount width, fully extended length, compressed clearance, spring clearance, chain angle, rear-tire-to-fender clearance, and side-stand angle. Both five-position preload adjusters must be set alike.
