Drop the back end with a clean all-chrome look using this Custom Shorty Shock Absorber Set. Chrome body and shroud with chrome progressive-wound springs, measuring 290mm (11 3/8") eye-to-clevis (shorter than stock), with a 12mm ID x 21mm upper bushing. 5-position spring preload adjustment.

Note: these are 290mm EYE TO CLEVIS, shorter than stock length, for custom applications.

How many chrome shorty shocks are included, and how is their length measured?

Two rear shocks are included. Each measures 290mm (11 3/8 inches) from the upper-eye center to the lower-clevis mounting center and uses a 12mm-ID x 21mm upper bushing.

How is spring preload adjusted on shock set 06-3591?

Each progressive-wound shock provides five preload positions. Set both shocks to the same position and choose a setting appropriate for the combined motorcycle, rider and luggage load.

Are these 290mm eye-to-clevis shocks a stock-height replacement?

No. They are short universal custom shocks. Confirm mount size and width, suspension travel, tire-to-fender clearance, chain angle, exhaust clearance and side-stand angle before riding.
