One plate replacing Honda OEM 22201-371-000 and 22201-300-000 is included. Seven are required for 1969-1975 CB750K models; six are required for the listed 1976-1978 CB750K, CB750F and CB750P applications.

Does every compatible SOHC CB750 clutch use only this friction-plate type?

No. The later compatible clutch stacks also use a separate single Friction Plate #2. Preserve the Honda-specified plate order and confirm the exact model-year arrangement.

How should a new clutch friction plate be prepared?

Coat or soak it in the specified motorcycle engine oil, inspect the basket and steel plates, measure the complete stack and assemble the plates in the correct sequence and orientation.
