Does foam cushion grip set 02-2404 include both motorcycle grips and chrome end caps?

Yes. The set contains a left grip for the bare 7/8-inch bar, a larger-bore throttle grip for the throttle tube and chrome end caps for the finished outer ends.

Will the 140mm foam grips fit a stock throttle tube and control layout?

Measure the usable bar and throttle-tube length before ordering because these grips are 140mm long. They are longer than many stock-style grips, and the chrome-capped ends must also clear or replace any existing bar-end hardware.
