One chain adjuster with its nut and bolt is included. A motorcycle uses one adjuster on each side of the rear axle, so two matching assemblies are needed to replace both sides.

What must be matched before ordering a chain adjuster?

Compare the adjuster plate or block shape, bolt diameter and length, axle-slot arrangement and any Honda reference with the original. Similar Honda swingarms can use adjusters that are not interchangeable.

How is rear-wheel alignment checked after installation?

Set chain slack to the Honda specification, move both adjusters evenly and verify alignment at the swingarm marks and by an independent straightedge or measurement. Tighten the axle and adjuster hardware, then recheck slack through wheel rotation.
