No. It is a repair kit for the electrical base of ignition switch part 12-0051 and includes the base cover. The complete ignition switch is sold separately.

Will the repair kit fit every original Honda ignition switch?

Fitment is tied to the compatible 12-0051 switch design. Compare the switch base, terminals and connector arrangement before disassembly because Honda used more than one switch design.

What should be checked before repairing the switch?

Inspect the key cylinder, switch housing, wiring connector and terminals. This base kit will not repair a worn key mechanism, melted connector or damaged harness.
