No. Part 48-0792 contains four O-rings only; drain screws are separate.

How can a leak at a float-bowl drain screw be diagnosed?

Inspect the O-ring for flattening, cuts, swelling or hardening and inspect the screw tip, groove and bowl seat for damage or debris. A new O-ring will not correct a damaged screw or sealing surface.
