Plan the fork job and the storage job separately

Honda lists the 2002–03 fork separately from the revised 2004 assembly. Use the early fork parts listing and service information; the shared 43 mm tool size does not make the later seals or internal parts interchangeable. The cover serves a different purpose: assess its dimensions, cooling requirements and ventilation for the way the motorcycle will be stored.
