1985 Honda CB750SC · Float-Valve Needles Buying guide
The replacement uses reference 16155-413-751 for the specified application. Check the carburetor identity and the removed component, then assess the rest of the float-valve area before completing the parts list.
Compare the needle’s function and reference with the component removed from the carburetor. This application includes the 1985 CB750SC, but custom or swapped carburetors need their own check. Use the fitted bank’s identity rather than a general CB750 label to choose its internals.
The supplied item is the float needle only. Inspect the surrounding parts and use the correct service information to decide what else the carburetor needs. Build those additional requirements into a separate list instead of assuming the category supplies a complete rebuild bundle.
The product is a needle-only replacement. Do not rely on it to supply a valve seat or a larger float-valve assembly when planning the repair.
Identify that bank and use its required needle specification. Compare the reference and removed component before ordering; the motorcycle’s original year does not establish the internals of replacement carburetors.
Count the needle positions being serviced and confirm the supplied quantity before buying. A single needle-only product should not be assumed to contain a complete motorcycle set.
