How many Honda 16011-382-004 float needles are included and required?

One float needle replacing Honda OEM 16011-382-004 is included; the needle seat is not included. Use four for a complete rack on the listed four-cylinder models, two for the listed CB400 or CB450 twins, and one for the single-carburetor CB125S.

Can a worn float-needle seat be corrected by replacing only the needle?

No. Inspect the mating seat and fuel inlet for wear, corrosion or debris. Replace the correct seat or valve assembly separately when it cannot seal with a new needle.
