Frequently Asked Questions

How many Honda carburetor air-screw O-rings are included and needed?

One 2.8 x 1.2mm O-ring is included. The listed four-cylinder Honda models use one at each carburetor air or mixture screw, so four are needed for a complete four-carburetor rack.

Where does the 2.8 x 1.2mm air-screw O-ring install?

It seals the small air or mixture screw passage in the carburetor body. Keep the screw, spring, washer and O-ring in the correct order during assembly.

What should be recorded before removing a carburetor air screw?

Gently count the turns to the lightly seated position and record the original setting for each carburetor. Do not force the screw against its seat.
