What is included with the 7/8-inch Amal barrel-style grip set?

One 115mm left grip and one 115mm throttle grip are included. The left grip fits the bare 7/8-inch bar, and the throttle-side grip has the larger internal diameter needed to fit over the throttle tube.

Are the Amal barrel-style grip ends open for bar-end mirrors?

No. The black Amal-style grips have closed ends. A bar-end mirror or weight that passes through the grip requires opening the end and checking that the 115mm grip length suits the control layout.
