No. The supplied throttle-side grip and sleeve replace the original tube as one assembly. Match one of the three supplied end fittings to the motorcycle's throttle cable setup.

What must be verified before riding with the universal throttle sleeve?

Confirm cable engagement, correct free play, full opening and positive snap-back with the handlebar turned fully left and right. The grip must not rub the switch housing or a bar-end accessory.
