Are the dark-brown 7/8-inch retro grips sold as a pair, and why are the two internal diameters different?

One left grip and one throttle-side grip are included. The left grip fits directly over the 7/8-inch handlebar, while the throttle grip has the larger bore required to fit over a standard throttle tube on a 7/8-inch handlebar.

What should I measure before installing dark-brown retro grips 02-2413?

Each grip is 124mm long and has a closed outer end. Confirm the available straight grip area and throttle-tube length; a bar-end mirror or weight that passes through the grip will require opening the closed end.
