Which starter-solenoid fuse does part 10-5020 replace?

The 20A ATC/ATO plug-in fuse is the replacement fuse used in starter solenoid switch 24-2004. Five fuses are included.

Can fuse 10-5020 replace a glass, mini-blade or differently rated fuse?

No. It is a full-size ATC/ATO blade fuse rated at 20A. The original fuse type, physical size and amperage must all match the circuit and fuse holder.
