Check each connection and mounting position

Each connecting-tube package supplies one tube, clamp and screw; two packages are specified per motorcycle. The left and right flange clamps are separate choices, each supplied with a bolt. Count the connections being renewed before adding individual fastening pieces.

Treat baffle construction as a separate choice

Identify the muffler construction before choosing a separate baffle. The stock-type baffle and 341-style reproduction set describe different repair choices; their shared motorcycle application does not establish an interchangeable insert.

Does the stock-type muffler set include mounting hardware?

The muffler listing says hardware is sold separately. Review the connecting tubes, clamps, flanges, gaskets and other pieces needed for your particular repair. Do not assume a separately named exhaust hardware set includes every exhaust mounting component.

Will these stock-type exhaust pieces fit an aftermarket system?
