Honda CB Engine Covers, Gaskets and Mounting Hardware

Engine covers protect service points and internal components while completing the appearance of a vintage Honda CB engine. Damaged covers, deteriorated gaskets and incorrect fasteners can contribute to oil leaks, loose components or poor fit. Whether restoring a stock motorcycle or changing its appearance, the replacement cover and its sealing parts must match the engine design and mounting arrangement.

This collection includes chrome, black and finned points covers, starter motor covers, clutch cover face covers, tappet caps, kick-starter shaft covers, gaskets, seals, screws, bolts and washers. Cover shapes and mounting hardware vary between SOHC and DOHC engines and among Honda CB models. Sealing surfaces should be inspected before assembly, and the correct gasket or O-ring should be used where specified. Cover screws also require the proper diameter and length to avoid damaging threaded engine cases.
